I. Giant Mech/Pirate Showdown

In the blink of an eye, Metalbeard suddenly disappeared from his friends and a bizarre, oddly non-plastic world with spaceships and a giant gray ball with laser to appear in the middle of a ruined looking LEGO town. Cars, tanks, and other strange sci-fi vehicles. Only a few buildings stood, include a grand store, a police station of some kind, and a tall white building with an observation deck. Metalbeard looked around, confused. The Minifigs that had noticed his sudden arrival looked upon him in confusion. Metalbeard decided to test his luck with this strangers.

"Greetings, mateys! Do ye know where me mateys Emmet n' Wyldstyle be anchor'd in these parts?" Metalbeard bellowed. Most of the Minifigures in the vicinity turned away from him, ignoring his inquiry. "Ye thinks ye can ignore me, Captain Metalbeard?! I demand to be speakin' to yer cap'n!"

"The 'cap'n' here has no control here, my ugly looking pirate friend," a amplified calm voice responded. Metalbeard turned around to see a bald man in some kind of green mech suit step toward him.

"Who ye callin' ugly, ye lime-covered walking piece o' garbage?!" Metalbeard shot back, pulling his sword from his back. "I'll 'ave yer shinin' dome of a head mounted on me ship! Who be in charge 'ere?"

"No one...yet. However, I, Lex Luthor, am on my way to claim the position," the bald man scoffed, pointing a large gun at Metalbeard's head.

"Ye be the Luthor Superman speak of, aye?" Metalbeard growled, entering a fighting position. "I won' be allowin' ye control of anything, ye scoundrel!"

Luthor laughed darkly and posed his mech to attack. "We shall see, pirate." As the two combatants began to approach each other, a shadowy figure mounted on a black-and-yellow dinosaur watched with amusement.

So I have started to sorta mess around with my LEGO town again. I got a table up again, laid down some baseplates and some buildings. I am also in the process of moving some of the sets I have built up to my room. While many other figures came before Metalbeard, this pose I made of Metalbeard facing off against Lex Luthor in his mech suit thing. I also decided to include Baron Typhonus and his infamous Mutant Raptor steed in the background because he is becoming one of my trademarks and one of my references to the Dino Attack RPG that don't involve my characters.

God willing, I'll make a sad weekly story out of the reconstruction of my LEGO city and the chaos inside it as figures from multiple themes are forced to interact.

Metalbeard, Baron Typhonus, and the Mutant Raptor belongs to LEGO, Lex Luthor belongs to DC Comics.
